This really happened today.

Today as I was playing my ukulele on church street a girl with a Virginia Lacrosse t-shirt walked up to me and started asking me about my instrument. We talked for about 5 minutes and she asked me if I could play her a song, and I did. I sang Rebecca a song about half-hearted goodbyes from tin cans. She said it was really cute, and asked me to explain it to her more, and I did. After lighting up my second cigarette she asked me if I still think about her.


I paused for a moment and said "Everyone once in a while."

I asked her where she got her T-shirt from because I knew someone who went to school in Virginia, she said her sister brought it back during easter break for her. She said when she visited Virginia it was really beautiful but she could never stay there, they don't sell snapple anywhere.
